  • Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion for any reason, including suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

2. Geographic Restrictions on Retail Sales

  • North America Service Area: Retail consumer orders placed directly through this website are strictly fulfilled and delivered to addresses within the United States and Canada.

  • Restricted Destinations: We do not ship direct-to-consumer retail orders outside North America. Any online retail order submitted with a delivery address outside the United States or Canada will be cancelled and refunded.

  • Commercial / Wholesale Inquiries: International commercial buyers seeking bulk distribution or wholesale orders outside North America must contact our commercial division directly to enter into separate B2B sales agreements.

3. Products, Pricing & Accuracy of Information

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display product imagery, packaging, and tea specifications as accurately as possible. However, because matcha is an all-natural, stone-ground agricultural product, slight seasonal variations in color or natural aroma may occur.

  • Pricing & Currency: Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. All retail prices are stated in USD unless explicitly indicated otherwise during checkout.

  • Errors & Omissions: In the rare event that a product is listed with incorrect pricing or inventory information, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders placed for that item, even if the order has been confirmed.


4. Order Acceptance, Modifications & Cancellations

  • Order Confirmation: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any item or limit sales to any individual or geographic area.

  • Order Modifications & Fast Fulfillment: Orders placed on our storefront are automated for rapid dispatch through regional fulfillment centers (including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment). Any cancellation or address correction requests must be received within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has entered warehouse processing, it cannot be recalled, rerouted, or modified.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Third-Party Logistics: Domestic fulfillment is managed in partnership with regional warehousing partners, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (Amazon FBA/MCF). Packages may arrive in standard or Amazon-branded boxes via carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon Logistics (AMZL).

  • Risk of Loss: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier confirmation of delivery. Please review our Shipping Policy for guidance regarding transit times and carrier claims.

6. Returns, Replacements & Consumable Nature of Goods

  • Final Sale on Consumables: Due to food safety and health regulations, all sales of matcha, tea powder, and consumable food products are final sale and non-returnable once dispatched.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed claim instructions.

All content on this website—including logos, product brand names ("Loop Matcha Tokyo", "Ginza Edition", "Aoyama Edition" etc), packaging graphics, product descriptions, photography, video assets, and website design—is the proprietary property of Loop Matcha Tokyo and protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.
