1. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Orders process within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking email once it ships.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (Rates calculated at checkout).

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days (Available at checkout).

Our Fulfillment Networks To ensure rapid transit, we house inventory across regional centers, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Orders may arrive in unbranded or partner-labeled packaging via regional carriers. This is an official, direct shipment of our authenticated premium inventory.

2. Tracking & Logistics

  • Status Updates: Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

  • Carrier Formats: We use advanced regional couriers to optimize delivery routes. If an Amazon-specific or localized tracking number doesn't resolve immediately on standard carrier sites, please use our store's integrated tracking page or contact support.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Distribution Only: We currently only ship to destinations within the United States and Japan. We do not offer delivery to other international markets at this time.

4. Address Errors & Lost Packages

  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details entered at checkout.

  • Missing Shipments: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us within 5 business days so we can open an inquiry with our fulfillment partners.
