Strawberry Milk Matcha

A popular fusion latte. Can be made with fresh fruit or homemade jam.

Ingredients
- Loop Matcha Tokyo Matcha: 2g
- Sugar: 10g (for matcha base)
- Boiled Water: 10ml
- Cold Water: 60ml
- Strawberry Puree: 60g strawberries + 60g sugar
- Milk: 100g
- Ice: As needed
How to Make
- Sift matcha into a bowl. Add sugar and hot water. Whisk to a paste.
- Add cold water and whisk until foamy.
- In a blender, combine strawberries, sugar, and milk. Blend until smooth.
- Pour strawberry milk into glasses over ice.
- Gently pour the matcha base on top to layer.
If fresh strawberries are unavailable, substitute with 70g strawberry jam mixed into milk.
