Strawberry Milk Matcha

A popular fusion latte. Can be made with fresh fruit or homemade jam.

Ingredients

  • Loop Matcha Tokyo Matcha: 2g
  • Sugar: 10g (for matcha base)
  • Boiled Water: 10ml
  • Cold Water: 60ml
  • Strawberry Puree: 60g strawberries + 60g sugar
  • Milk: 100g
  • Ice: As needed


How to Make

  1. Sift matcha into a bowl. Add sugar and hot water. Whisk to a paste.
  2. Add cold water and whisk until foamy.
  3. In a blender, combine strawberries, sugar, and milk. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour strawberry milk into glasses over ice.
  5. Gently pour the matcha base on top to layer.


If fresh strawberries are unavailable, substitute with 70g strawberry jam mixed into milk.
