Matcha Soda

A crisp, non-dairy refresher using sugar for delicate sweetness.

Ingredients

  • Loop Matcha Tokyo Matcha: 2g
  • Sugar 10g
  • Boiled Water: 10ml
  • Carbonated Water (Unsweetened): 100ml
  • Fresh Mint: 2g + extra for garnish
  • Ice: As needed

How to Make

  1. Sift matcha and sugar into a bowl, add hot water and mix with a whisk
  2. Put the matcha and mint from step 1 into two glasses and pour in carbonated water
  3. Add ice and garnish with mint
