Matcha Hot Chocolate

A rich winter warmer combining matcha with semi-sweet chocolate.

Ingredients
- Loop Matcha Tokyo Matcha: 2g
- Boiled Water (for Matcha): 70ml
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate: 20g
- Boiled Water (for Chocolate): 70ml
- Fresh Cream: 40g (whipped)
Preparation
- Whip the fresh cream and transfer to a piping bag
- Chop chocolate for decoration
How to Make
- Sift matcha into a bowl. Add boiled water and whisk well.
- Place chocolate in a separate bowl. Add boiled water and whisk until completely melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into a warm mug. Pour the matcha base on top.
- Top with piped fresh cream and shaved chocolate.
