Ingredients
- Loop Matcha Tokyo Matcha: 2g
- Cold Water: 10ml
- Boiled Water: 10ml
- Cold Water: 50ml
- Beer: 350ml
How to Make
- Sift the matcha through a strainer into a bowl.
- Add cold water 10ml and mix with a whisk to create a smooth paste.
- Add hot water and whisk briefly to release the aroma.
- Add the remaining cold water 50ml and whisk vigorously to create a rich foam.
- Pour the beer into a chilled glass.
- Gently pour the matcha mixture (from step 4) on top of the beer to create a layered effect.
