Matcha Beer

A refreshing twist on a classic draft, perfect for evening service.

Ingredients

  • Loop Matcha Tokyo Matcha: 2g
  • Cold Water: 10ml
  • Boiled Water: 10ml
  • Cold Water: 50ml
  • Beer: 350ml

How to Make

  1. Sift the matcha through a strainer into a bowl.
  2. Add cold water 10ml and mix with a whisk to create a smooth paste.
  3. Add hot water and whisk briefly to release the aroma.
  4. Add the remaining cold water 50ml and whisk vigorously to create a rich foam.
  5. Pour the beer into a chilled glass.
  6. Gently pour the matcha mixture (from step 4) on top of the beer to create a layered effect.
