Ingredients
- Banana: 100g (net weight)
- Loop Matcha Tokyo Matcha: 2g
- Boiled Water: 10ml
- Cold Water: 60ml
- Milk: 100g
- Banana for garnish
How to Make
- Slice bananas into 1cm rounds and freeze in advance.
- Sift matcha into a bowl. Add hot water and whisk to release aroma.
- In a blender, combine the matcha base, milk, and bananas. Blend until creamy.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh banana slices.
