Matcha Banana Shake

A creamy, energizing smoothie using frozen fruit for texture.

Ingredients

  • Banana: 100g (net weight)
  • Loop Matcha Tokyo Matcha: 2g
  • Boiled Water: 10ml
  • Cold Water: 60ml
  • Milk: 100g
  • Banana for garnish 


How to Make

  1. Slice bananas into 1cm rounds and freeze in advance.
  2. Sift matcha into a bowl. Add hot water and whisk to release aroma.
  3. In a blender, combine the matcha base, milk, and bananas. Blend until creamy.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh banana slices.
