Ingredients

  • Loop Matcha Tokyo Matcha: 2g
  • Water: 10ml (room temperature)
  • Hot water: 50ml 95°C

How to Make

  1. Sift matcha into a bowl and pour in 10ml of room temperature water
  2. Mix slowly with a whisk
  3. Add 50ml 95°C hot water 
  4. Whisk thoroughly
  5. After whisking, a layer of foam should surface to the top of the bowl ready to be enjoyed
