Ingredients
- Loop Matcha Tokyo Matcha: 2g
- Water: 10ml (room temperature)
- Hot water: 50ml 95°C
How to Make
- Sift matcha into a bowl and pour in 10ml of room temperature water
- Mix slowly with a whisk
- Add 50ml 95°C hot water
- Whisk thoroughly
- After whisking, a layer of foam should surface to the top of the bowl ready to be enjoyed
